The terms and conditions hereunder will have been agreed to by you (The Client) prior to booking and bind you ( The Client ) to the hire from us ( ASHGROVE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES ) of a driver and/or vehicle.
Quotations
Quotes are given based upon the information provided. Any changes to the Client’s itinerary should be notified on a timely manner to allow for an updated quotation.
Quotes are valid for 28 days from date given and remain subject to availability
Quotes do not include payment of tolls, airport charges, ferry charges, unforeseen parking fees, accommodation or admission charges at venues or attractions.
Booking
Ashgrove Chauffeur Services will accept only one Client per booking, per day.
The client must confirm the booking request by email to Ashgrove Chauffeur Services.
Bookings will be confirmed to the Client by email.
Our Services remain flexible up to the point of delivery so as to meet the needs of the Client (additional costs may be accrued )
Payment
Electronic bank transfers payments should be paid to the account detailed in the correspondence.
Changes to the agreed itinerary, which incur additional costs, will be charged separately.
Corporate Accounts are accepted with settlement to be received within 28 days of the invoice date
Account payments remaining unpaid after the 28 days of the invoice date will be subject to an immediate 10% surcharge to be increased by 10% for every 14 days thereafter until full settlement is received.
Bookings in advance of 60 days ( two months ) will require a deposit of 50% of the agreed cost. The balance of the cost must be paid within 7 days, prior to commencement of the journey.
Bookings received and confirmed with less than 60 days ( two months ) to commencement of the journey will require full payment.
Cancellation
Clients circumstances may change, which we appreciate but we reserve the right to apply cancelation costs.
Cancellation within 48 hours of a confirmed journey - 100% of the agreed cost.
Cancellation between 2 and 7 days of a confirmed journey - 75% of the agreed cost.
Cancellation between 7 days and 30 days of a confirmed journey - 50% of the agreed cost.
Notification of cancellation MUST be made by Client by email to info@Aberdeenchauffeur.com.
Terms
Ashgrove Chauffeur Services will make every effort to ensue punctuality, however it must be understood that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Ashgrove Chauffeur Services accept no responsibility for any missed flights, trains or other connections however caused.
If your departure from an airport is by means of a private aircraft, we will remain flexible to your requirements. For scheduled Airport/ Rail departures we suggest that clients plan to ARRIVE prior to departure minimum of 90 minutes for airport and 30 minutes for rail travel.
Ashgrove Chauffeur Service will adhere to all traffic and parking laws. Should any penalty charges be incurred as a result of direct instruction by the Client this will be recoverable from the Client.
Where damage or costs associated with damage to our vehicle, caused by the Client or parties associated to the client, either deliberately or accidentally, repairs will be undertaken by an organisation of our choice and the costs will be recoverable form the Client.
This may include costs associated with the vehicle being inoperable such as hire or replacement vehicles.
Drivers will use discretion to travel the most appropriate route unless specifically instructed otherwise by the Client.
All property of the Client/passengers are carried at their own risk and any property inadvertently left in the vehicle will be returned as soon as reasonably practicable but may incur additional costs.
In the unlikely event of a break-down or an accident rendering or vehicle unserviceable, we reserve the right to provide a replacement vehicle which may not be of a similar standard. We will however make every effort to do so.
Ashgrove Chauffeur Services and our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any persons they consider presents a danger or hinderance to other passengers, the driver or other road users. In the unlikely event that such circumstances occur, this may result in the journey being terminated and the matter being treated as a cancellation for charging purposes.
By supplying your email address and/or telephone number you authorise Ashgrove Chauffeur Services to contact you by these means. We undertake not to share these details without you express permission.
Insurance
Ashgrove Chauffeur Services have full comprehensive Insurance with passenger liability cover.
Complaints
We aim to provide a professional service and trust this unlikely but should it be necessary to do so, please do so by email as soon as possible to info@aberdeenchauffeur.com. This will allow us to address your concerns promptly.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects the Statutory Rights of the Client.
ONE CLIENT REFERS TO ONE BOOKING - THERE CAN BE MULTIPLE PASSENGERS AND MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE PER BOOKING.
